1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trazz.pro ("the Service"), provided by ApexCorp SAC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trazz.pro is an intelligent URL shortener and real-time link analytics micro-SaaS. The platform provides fast HTTP 307 redirects, mobile app and web referrer identification, country-level geolocation, and persistent audit logs.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Trazz.pro to shorten, distribute, or redirect to any content that:

Contains malware, phishing links, viruses, or ransomware.
Promotes deceptive advertising, fraud, or copyright infringement.
Violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.
Sends unsolicited bulk messages (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM or similar laws.

We reserve the right to immediately disable any link or terminate any account found violating this policy without notice or refund.

5. Plans, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Trazz.pro offers a Free Plan and a paid Pro Pass ($2 USD / month). All billing, payment processing, tax calculation, and subscription management are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh (Polar Software Inc.).

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel, manage, or reactivate your subscription at any time directly from the Polar Customer Portal available inside your account settings.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click; your Pro access will remain active until the end of your prepaid period.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trazz.pro, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We aim for 99.9% redirect uptime but provide the service "as is" and "as available".
