A. Account Data: When registering for an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password hash (via bcrypt). We never store plaintext passwords.

B. Click Analytics & Visitor Data: When someone clicks a short link generated with Trazz.pro, we collect non-identifiable aggregated telemetry:

  • Anonymized IP Hash: We do not store raw IP addresses. IPs are irreversibly hashed using SHA-256 for unique visitor metrics only.
  • HTTP Referrer: The app or website originating the click (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Google, X).
  • Device & Browser: Device category (mobile, desktop, tablet), operating system, and browser name.
  • Approximate Location: Country code and city resolved via CDN edge headers or privacy-friendly GeoIP lookup. No precise GPS coordinates are ever tracked.
  • Timestamp: Exact UTC date and time of the redirect.

3. Payment Information

We do not store credit card numbers, debit cards, or banking information on our servers. All transactions and subscription billings are securely handled by Polar.sh, a PCI-DSS certified Merchant of Record.

4. How We Use Information

The information collected is used solely to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the link redirection infrastructure.
  • Provide accurate click analytics and charts in the customer dashboard.
  • Detect and prevent abusive links, phishing attacks, and malicious bots.
  • Authenticate authorized users and manage active subscription tiers.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Trazz.pro uses minimal, essential cookies for session authentication (`session_user`) and local storage for theme preferences (light / dark mode). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your personal data to ad networks.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

You have the right to request access to your personal data, export your link and click history in CSV format, or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting support.
